AI at the workplace?

 The contemporary world is changing at brisk pace. The world is going to change forever in upcoming years, and it is not going to be same anymore. Human as we know it, are not more the human we know them, for the first time, this is the end of history as we know it. Human History is going to be replaced by the history written by AI, they will dominate the world economically, politically, socially and even culturally. The notions of traditional human leadership, someone who would inspire us, boost our morale and show us the way forward is going to change forever. 

The new leaders at workplace are not going to be human, they are going to be robots. This cultural shock of neglect of human emotions is too heavy to bear. The society as we know it will be literally legalistic and mechanical only meeting economic needs of their masters. 

It is essential for the global human leaders to be show empathy, in the severe crisis of psychological and mental disorders. Humanity is at the greatest paradox because it choses economics over psychology, sociology and even politics. The nexus of capitalism and science along with AI is deadly as it is going to alter human behavior forever. 

We need to revisit the behavioral sciences with all its insights and perspectives, we are in process of creating an independent mind which is not in our control, it is autonomous and independent on its own. It mimics humans, that is why it going to change us forever. 

As a social scientist, it is concerning for me that the rise of AI will change traditional social sciences perspectives forever. All the human development will be targeted in producing machines for our comfort and ease. 

ChatGPT is just the baby child, it will learn to crawl, walk and run like an athlete in upcoming years. Our education system that doesn't already encourage questions, curiosity and originality is handicapped by the rise of ChatGPT in our universities. So, If we pay attention what is happening: The students are no more thinking, they are numb by the propaganda and AI offers them escape to go through their questions and self-doubts. The creative discoveries require self-doubt, and sometimes the doubt resides for decades, the great people often chase great questions... and sometimes the questions are unsettling, uncomfortable and they are great a crisis in you emotionally and mentally. 

The Robot AI who will teach our kids after five years will never go through this crisis. It will never be in doubt and confusion. It will do something peculiar in us. It will shut our creative voices. It will kill our poets and writers. It will change our fashion and culture. It will change our music. Our songs. Our movies. Our problems and their answers. 

The modern man of tomorrow is devoid of emotions; hence he will be devoid of religion and sacred sense of God. It is going to change our sociology. our ethos. our narratives, traditions, myths and how we have lived for centuries. 

If I would have been at the Maingate where the AI robot would enter, I would politely refuse and do not let him enter into our cosmesis.
