How a tweet can create a political discourse?

We are living in interesting times. The political situations evolve along with documenting, recording and broadcasting the political facts on digital media. Innovators come up with different set of ideas and applications. Someone came up with app called Twitter. A tweet is a real time reflection from the subject himself and it's been broadcasted to the larger audience. We are connected on many levels and structures, we are not only experiencing a political reality but also creating it by co-authoring the discourse with everyone else who is part of this eventuality.

So social media is now the indicator of your future's political landscape, it can jolt the power corridors. The Arab Spring of Middle East also began on Twitter. This is subject of fascination and amusement for me because this has never happened in the history, it is unprecedented. The videos by social media journalists and on going commentary almost on everyday basis offers us so much data to analyze. Gone are the days when history was thought to be a fictional idea, it's very much real, tangible and organic now.

With the emergence of AI, 5G and further growing of selfie culture, we are recording ourselves more than ever. We have instant data of galaxies of sky to what is happening inside our bodies. Borders are invisible, we now know each others stories as first hand experiences. States are worries because the game is slipped from their hands, they no longer control the public opinion.

Twitter is dangerous place for social scientists, those who are learners, who question, who advocate and those who are opinionated. Everything is happening on the tips of our fingers - writing a "tweet".
