The unreported and undocumented Health Crisis !

 The crisis of our time is crisis of the clean food. They sell us poison. and it is a trillion-dollar Industry. Sugar is poison, yet no legislation is done to counter it. Junk Food is poison, yet there is no monitoring or supervision of the food. Quality of life starts with health, and the health of our citizens is deteriorating every day. Everyone is taking pills, there's at least one critical patient in every home. Government cannot do anything if it wants to do, we are 230 million people, we have to educate ourselves about the basics of health and foods intake. 



Pakistan is number two in diabetes, we have severe patients in cardiac arrests, hypertension and many other diseases associated with obesity and poor diet. Death can be delayed with precaution. We need to understand basic biology and chemistry of our body. 

South Asian diet is problematic, we have to switch to Fats and Proteins, instead of taking too much carbs, that is the fundamental problem with our diet. Carbs are not healthy, we eat roti, rice, potato and sugary items along with junk foods, that is not healthy, it increases insulin resistance and that is the cause of lot of problems, we are always exhausted, thirsty, hungry and sleepy - that is the classical sign of overdose of carbs in your body. Insulin causes diabetes, heart attack and Alzheimer. It is not good for heart, mind and the overall body, the cancer is caused by the inflammation due to sugar. It creates a mental fog in our minds with dizziness and laziness. 

Give a South Asian person 1000 calories of carbs every day for thirty years, he will definitely get a deadly disease - obesity, diabetes, hypertension or even worse. That's science and that's the data. 

We need to get rid of our chapatis, rice, potatoes and sugary items, get rid of junk foods, embrace the meat, the organic chicken, fat and protein, salads and vegetables, with lots of water intake. Our body doesn't really need much food, two times meal is perfect for our bodies. Body is actually designed to eat less to work functional. 

The sugar is deadly, but we have the government, industry and economics of it, feeding thousands of calories of sugar to every one of us. The more you take sugar intake, the more pathetic you will feel emotionally as person. It is nothing but a poison. Once you get rid of sugar from your life, you will feel more energetic and focused, the mental fog will go away. Your sleep will improve, your memory will improve, and your overall health will tremendously improve. 

Get rid of sugar, junk food, potato, rice and roti - eat everything else in moderation, get rid of carbs, rely on salads, vegetables, meats and kababs - in three days, you will start feeling the magic. I don't usually promote any diet but the scientific diets which can dramatically improve your health is Keto Diet and Carnivorous diet - the science supports both, the results are impressive. 

I think it is not time, to change our diet and menu in our desi kitchens, otherwise this health crisis, which is undocumented, unrealized and unreported, we will keep losing our loved ones into this poisonous industry of carbs -  You cannot afford more than 5 per cent of carbs in your body - it creates a pressure on your heart, it causes inflammation in the form of toxins in the body and in result you start getting old, exhausted and tired. 

Educate yourself about diet, foods and health - follow Youtube and change your lifestyles, we have to save ourselves, the government has an agenda, they have to sell us things to consume, and they will sell us anything if we are willing to pay the price.
